We are working on behalf of a boutique law firm to recruit a Business Development and Marketing Manager in the firms Atlanta office. Reporting to the Chief Business Development Officer the BusinessDevelopment and Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives that enhance clientengagement and elevate the firms brand across all practice areas. They will also collaborate acrossdepartments lead marketing and business development efforts and manage one direct report in adynamic high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Business Development: Partner with firm leadership to drive revenue growth deepen client relationships and implement tailored business plans and initiatives across practice groups.
- Proposals & Market Intelligence: Oversee the development and tracking of RFPs proposals client questionnaires and competitive intelligence to support targeted business pursuits.
- Client Engagement & Events: Plan and execute CLEs thought-leadership programs sponsorships and client-focused events while managing CRM systems and new lawyer integration.
- Marketing & Communications: Design and implement digital campaigns website content lawyer bios award submissions and public relations efforts to elevate the firms brand.
- Collaboration & Team Leadership: Support cross-functional collaboration process improvements Meritas network initiatives and coaching for attorneys.
Credentials and Expertise:
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in marketing business communications or relatedfield required.
- Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in business development or marketing within alaw firm or other professional/financial services setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and advanced organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects within dynamic fast-paced environments.
- Skilled in creative problem-solving applying sound judgment and strategic decision-making todeliver results
