About the Role

As the Software Development Team Leader youll play a key role in delivering high-impact solutions for clients across various industries. Youll guide a talented team of developers and testers ensuring best practices in design development security and quality all while working with the latest technologies.

What Youll Do

• Lead and mentor a multi-functional team of software engineers and QA professionals.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts UX/UI Designers DevSecOps and Project Managers to turn complex requirements into reliable scalable applications.
• Develop and maintain software using modern architectures including Microservices and Event-Driven models.
• Promote secure coding standards and integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Engage with stakeholders to provide technical insight updates and recommendations.
• Embrace emerging tech including AI tools to improve the software development lifecycle.

Who Were Looking For

• 5 years of hands-on software development experience
• 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or senior role.
• Proven skills in .NET React React Native and .
• Solid understanding of Microservices Cloud-Native and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Practical knowledge of software testing methodologies and automation tools (e.g. Selenium Cypress Jest).
• Familiar with secure SDLC practices and cloud platforms like Azure AWS or others.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A genuine passion for learning mentoring and adopting new technologies.
