Description of the role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced F AND I Manager to join Morristown Nissan in Morristown TN. The F AND I Manager will be responsible for overseeing automotive financing and insurance processes as well as building strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations in automotive financing and insurance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and guidance through the financing process.
- Negotiate finance terms and work to close deals efficiently.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
- Monitor finance and insurance performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an F AND I Manager in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of financing and insurance processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
