Responsibilities
- Manage Plant Operations Maintenance Environmental Services Safety and Security activities within established standard and Guidelines PAM Health Policies and procedures and budgetary limitations.
- Conduct inspections and maintain the facility and equipment to ensure that all aspects of the environment of Care Life Safety Code and interim Life Safety Code are achieved.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelors degree is preferred.
- Community electrical maintenance license if required.
- Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) certification desired.
- Minimum of five years of related experience required.
- Hospital maintenance experience required.
- Must be familiar with JACHO NFPA & OSHA regulations.
