Job Summary
As a Technical Implementation Associate within the Commercial Banking Client Onboarding team you will manage end-to-end Treasury Services implementations for clients. You will coordinate with internal partners and clients to deliver tailored solutions and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Your role is essential in driving client satisfaction and supporting the strategic goals of Commercial Banking
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for technical onboarding and implementation contact responsible for a successful end-to-end client experience and satisfaction during Regional and/or Global Treasury Services implementations with Commercial Banking clients.
- Deliver Host-to-Host and/or Host-to-Host Online and/or API Implementations for Commercial Banking clients which utilize SWIFT and/or ISO XML and/or Bank file and message formats.
- Be responsible primarily for regional client technical onboardings with the aim to covermulti-entity multi-jurisdictionproduct & service implementations.
- Manage client and internal partner expectations by establishing realistic timelines deliverables and dependencies with the goal to achieve deal pipeline discipline andensuring that all customer expectations are met.
- Use project management tools to drive the successful project outcomes communicate status updates and document project scope testing and systems setup prioritizing tasks resources and stakeholders across time zones.
- Maintain project documentation to meet quality assurance or quality control standards and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Empower for escalations when support is needed to remove obstacles to success.
- Be able to identify gaps in the client onboarding journey where we can do better suggest options for a solution and execute continuous improvement towardsclient excellence.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Bachelors Degree in Business Science Mathematics Information Systems Economics or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in implementationservicingtechnical support or product roles with client-facing experience.
- Proven capability of applying project management methodology to develop an implementation plan and execute in a dynamic client-facing environment.
- Demonstrate familiarity with technical standards used in the payments industry such as ISO XML API JSON structural and delimited files.
- Ability to clearly communicate partner and influence - leading others to a common goal
- Track record of independent problem-solving within the technical and/or payments domain.
- Comfort in using technology such as Zoom Teams Outlook and other collaboration tools to drive client discussions across time-zones.
- Possess a keen interest in evolving payments technologies and payment industry trends
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Minimum 2 years of project-related experience within Cash Managementto deliver Host-to-Host and/or Host-to-Host Online and/or API Implementations for Commercial Banking clients which utilize SWIFT and/or ISO XML and/or Bank file and message formats and which can include involvement with the client on scoping or solutioning aspects.
- Knowledge and experience with either (or both) ISO 20022 or EDI message formats used in the Cash Management / Treasury Services industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Passion for delivering a consistent stellar client and partner experience.
- Experience with ERP and TMSintegrations into payments and reporting systems.
- Ability to map and document progress of information systems and data workflows.
- Comfortable with using AI-technologies with an innovative mindset.
