Working in the HR team the People Support Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the Human Resources department by ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. This position is essential in maintaining employee records assisting in recruitment and onboarding coordinating HR processes and supporting a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented highly organized and passionate about helping employees and supporting company culture.

The Role at a Glance

Location: Elements Ring Rd Lower Wortley Leeds LS12 6AB

Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week

Salary: up to 27000

What Youll Be Doing

  • Fulfil the role of People Support Coordinator ensuring that service standards are adhered to
  • Dealing with the HR inbox and directing queries to the relevant people
  • Answering emails and telephone calls and advising on basic HR issues
  • Processing Change of Contracts and assisting with onboarding documentation
  • Updating Cascade - HR Management System and other systems
  • Liaising with Payroll/Training/IT to ensure new starters and leaver information is updated promptly
  • Complete incoming references as required
  • Applying of new employee references and chasing
  • General administration support around the department
  • Dealing with information of a confidential nature



What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience in an HR Administration or similar role.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • CIPD qualification (Level 3 or above) or equivalent
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle sensitive or complex HR issues.
  • Familiarity with data protection regulations such as GDPR.
