We are looking for a Senior Manager Supply Chain to head our Emerging Asia teams based in this leadership role you will provide strategic and operational directives for Commercial Supply Chain Operations driving success for our rapidly expanding Emerging Asia business.

Key Accountability

General Supply Chain Management

  • Manage budget development and financial targets for department cost centers including expenditure and capital projections.
  • Implement global/regional integrated supply chain processes locally to optimize operations.
  • Build and strengthen the supply chain organization by hiring and retaining top talent. Develop associates to enhance their performance potential and skills.
  • Drive and support regional supply chain projects.
  • Identify communicate and resolve supply issues in collaboration with Regional Supply Chain Regulatory Manufacturing and Quality Assurance.
  • Maintain and revise local SOPs to ensure compliance with Hologic standards and policies.
  • Drive key projects to improve tools processes productivity and compliance.

Customer Service Operations

  • Oversee the entire order entry process to ensure accuracy and timely processing while coordinating with sales warehouse and logistics teams.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and issues providing order status updates and resolving any discrepancies promptly.
  • Lead train and mentor the customer service/order entry team establishing clear goals and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency address customer complaints and investigate root causes to implement corrective actions.

S&OP

  • Develop and oversee demand forecasting and supply planning processes to align sales forecasts with production capabilities.
  • Facilitate regular S&OP meetings with stakeholders from sales marketing finance and operations to ensure alignment on forecasts and production schedules.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track performance against targets identifying areas for improvement.
  • Work with the global planning strategy team toimplementstrategies and initiatives in the S&OP process to enhance efficiency accuracy and responsiveness to market changes.
  • Play the required supply chain role in the overall product portfolio and product life cycle management.

Logistics: Warehousing & Distribution (W&D)

  • Optimize inbound and outbound logistics including management of internal and third-party distribution and transportation.
  • Manage all logistics activities to ensure product availability meets demand as per sales forecasts at optimized costs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of key logistics/distribution service providers and initiate corrective actions as needed.
  • Support supply/distribution agreements by coordinating with legal consultants and key suppliers to ensure product availability and service quality.

Key Prerequisites

  • Bachelors or Masters degree preferably in Logistics Supply Chain or Engineering
  • 8-12 years experience in supply chain functions with minimum5 years people management experience
  • Experience in medical device company will be an advantage.
  • Proven ability to meet deadline in a fast paced dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
  • A can-to attitude and continuous pursuit to deliver operations excellence
  • Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail
  • Willingness to work in a matrix environment and to value the importance of teamwork
