Job Summary
Manages daily activities of WFM Shared Production Centers including leadership effectiveness of the management team correction of behavioral and training issues fostering a culture of collaboration and clarity.
Ensures that WFM employees have access to training IT support facilities and all resources required to be successful.
Benchmarks with other WFM Shared Production Centers to share and learn global best practices regarding employee management.
Optimizes use of WFM resources by sharing resources between accounts.
Establishes a pipeline with recruiting team to ensure that WFM positions are appropriately staffed.
Facilitates compliance with company and client security requirements to ensure there is no breach of sensitive information or nefarious use of company resources.
