Job Summary: Program devices and web services for service and installation. Assist customers and contractors during the installation. Manage remote customer support. |
* Employee must be available for a rotating on-call schedule that may require employee to immediately come to work to handle technical issues.
JOB FUNCTIONS |
1 | Program Hardware Network Software and Hosted portals for Installation and Service |
2 | Maintain internal data regarding system set-ups reporting and notification for customers. |
3 | Maintains or establishes customer relations through pro-active and effective communications with new or existing customers. |
4 | Explain procedures related to Traditional and Video Monitoring Protocols Schedules and Processes |
5 | Collaborate with subcontractors on system installations overseeing the completion of all projects. |
6 | Maintains spreadsheets records processes procedures and documentation of system designs. |
7 | Complete system demonstrations software access and remote connectivity |
8 | Maintains workplace cleanliness and makes sure that all equipment is maintained properly. |
9 | Perform beta testing of new equipment to assess capabilities and develop field guides for implementation. |
10 | Ensures that customer installations and issues are resolved promptly and professionally. |
11 | Provides customer support on any and all issues experienced by ATS customers. |
12 | Maintains all necessary reporting for administration. |

QUALIFICATIONS:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required.
High School diploma or GED.
Must be PC literate CMD prompts Network settings and some familiarity with MS Word Excel Etc.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong understanding of Network and IP configurations
Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
INTERPERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Maintain social ethical and organizational norms.
Achieve accomplishment of all task details no matter how small.
Maintain good personal motivation; develop a sense of ownership of job tasks and results.
Must have a sense of urgency for all work performed.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
Completion of Acadian general orientation
ESA Certified Alarm/Security Technician Level One certification
ESA Certified Alarm/Security Technician Level Two certification
