Job Description:We are seeking a proactive and engaged Operations Manager to join our local team! This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in operations and team management. As an Operations Manager you will act as the key liaison between commercial customers Account Representatives and local crews. You will oversee both short- and long-term projects while ensuring top-tier craftsmen service adhering to all safety protocols while embodying our organizations core values.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency and quality in service
Ensure all jobs are completed to meet established quality standards
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and employees
Partner with local Sales team and customers to coordinate the scheduling of projects and workflow
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with prompt response time
Provide leadership training and enforce all safety and OSHA related protocols
Accountable for following all contract requirements and service agreements
Flexibility to work primarily weekdays with occasional nights or weekends

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of operations experience in a technical services industry
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in technology including Microsoft Suite and ERP systems
Ability to align teams with company culture and drive operational efficiency
Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance and a valid drivers license with an insurable driving record
Ability to travel locally and corporately as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary of $60000 with eligibility for quarterly bonuses.
Performance-based bonuses have no cap.

Additional compensation for personal vehicle usage
