- Provide virtual administrative support to the team at 3 Leaf Realty Inc.
- Handle email correspondence calendar management and scheduling appointments.
- Assist in managing documents data entry and updating client records.
- Coordinate with clients vendors and other team members as needed.
- Perform general office tasks and maintain organized digital files.
- Conduct research and gather information on properties neighborhoods and real estate market trends.
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for virtual work.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or customer service role.
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices and terminology is a plus.
