Healthy Cornwall part of the Wellbeing and Public Health service delivers health improvement interventions across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. The service supports residents in making healthy lifestyle choices to enhance physical and mental wellbeing. It is committed to reducing health inequalities by focusing on individuals and communities with the greatest needparticularly those in areas of high deprivation or who are socially excluded.
The Role
We are recruiting two Health Improvement Practitioners to join our team in Mid Cornwall:
These roles involve delivering targeted health interventions and working closely with communities and partner organisations to improve health outcomes.

Working Pattern
While the role is based in Mid Cornwall current Government guidance and Cornwall Councils flexible working approach may require remote working (e.g. from home or other locations). This will be discussed during the recruitment process.
