Pariveda is looking for a highly organized and ambitious Recruiting & Employee Experience Coordinator to join our team. You will partner with Talent Acquisition Care & Career and stakeholders to coordinate the life cycle of employees from interviewing onwards. This role is ideal for someone seeking a path into Talent Acquisition / HR
As a Coordinator for a growing Bogotá office you will have the opportunity to influence enhancements to processes and systems by identifying and solving gaps in the employee life cycle process. With the growth of the firm the coordinator role will continue to evolve as will your skills and abilities as you build your career.
You Can Expect To:
Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding cultural integration mentormentee matching SAR cycle QAs & promotion boards recognition moments celebrations socials and offboarding.
Support the Health & Safety program in accordance with Colombia legislation
Manage office operations including facilities workspace setup supplies and vendor relationships.
Manage the Local Market Expenses budget support Sales and Networking forecasting.
Create a seamless candidate experience by managing communication interview scheduling across time zones and all onsite/virtual interview logistics.
Maintain systems (team inbox calendars surveys ATS) support candidate workflow and offer letters and ensure accurate updates across tools.
Assist with sourcing across channels (LinkedIn job boards referrals) conducting outreach and tracking responses to build talent pools.
Compile and analyze metrics for reporting decision-making and weekly updates while continuously identifying process improvements.
Manage your workload effectively communicate status and issues promptly and support special projects as needed
What We Look For:
Two years in a similar or relevant role (Experience working with an HR or Recruiting organization is a bonus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
Experience with scheduling or event planning preferred
Self-directed and able to balance a high sense of urgency with meticulous attention to detail
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Proven organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks of competing priorities
High degree of professionalism can interface with all levels of the organization as a primary point of contact for team
Sound prioritization judgment and decision-making abilities
Excited to work in a collaborative environment where group achievements are valued
Constantly striving to grow personally and professionally
Experience with Microsoft Office suite
Legally authorized to work for any company in Colombia without sponsorship
