Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a critical modernization initiative for the Program Integrity Case Tracker (PICT) system. The role involves replacing the legacy case management platform supporting multiple OIG Programs-including Medicaid Program Integrity (MPI) Chief Counsel Division Surveillance Utilization Review (SUR) Acute Care Surveillance (ACS) and Targeted Queries teams-with a modern scalable and efficient solution.
The ideal candidate is a PMP-certified project management professional with deep experience managing large-scale enterprise implementations in state or federal environments. This position requires strong leadership planning and communication skills along with the ability to manage Agile teams and collaborate across business and technical stakeholders.
