Summary:

Manages and integrates all aspects of product/program lifecycle support including system analysis spares provisioning technical data training maintenance/modifications support equipment and facilities.
Oversees support engineering data development and establishes support requirements cost objectives and statements of work.
Develops master schedules reports and integration plans in alignment with contract requirements.
Coordinates and collects data to support proposal estimates and cost analysis.
Ensures technical data and procedures are accurate documented and current.
Conducts presentations status reviews and monitors program execution for compliance and performance.
Reviews engineering and program change proposals to assess impacts on product support.
Responds to and completes publication change requests from customers.
Communicates directly with customers to provide updates and resolve issues promptly.
Supports project management functions including planning scheduling and coordination across teams.
Assists in developing and maintaining technical publications and manuals.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree and typically 3 years of related experience or a Masters degree with 1 year of related experience or equivalent combination (e.g. 7 years related experience).
Knowledge of technical publications and manuals.
Experience in project management (operations planning customer-facing roles risk management people management).
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
