Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst (Requirements Management SQL Visio Wireframing)
Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualification:
- Experience leading a team of Technical Systems Analysts in gathering and analyzing requirements for complex projects. Responsibilities included planning eliciting organizing and documenting business process requirements; facilitating resolution of design specification issues with stakeholders; and evaluating implemented technical solutions to recommend process and design improvements.
- Experience collaborating with project stakeholders - including development teams and business subject matter experts (SMEs) - to implement effective solutions. Skilled in developing and analyzing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) business rules traceability matrices workflow diagrams and other business or system requirement artifacts.
- Experience developing and executing SQL queries to analyze and validate back-end data processing identify system defects and ensure data integrity.
- Experience creating and analyzing workflow business process and technical process diagrams using Microsoft Visio to support clear communication and process optimization.
- Experience designing wireframes and screen mockups to define and refine user interface and functional requirements.
