Job Summary

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have an established client following actively participate in industry organizations (e.g. CACM CAI) and demonstrate a commitment to professional growth within the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal counsel and representation to community associations.
Draft review and negotiate contracts governing documents and other HOA-related legal materials.
Manage a portfolio of HOA clients including client development and relationship management.
Stay current on laws regulations and industry trends impacting community associations.
Participate in firm business development initiatives and professional organizations (CACM CAI etc.).
Mentor junior attorneys and support team growth.

Qualifications:

3-6 years of HOA/community association law experience.
Active involvement in industry organizations (CACM CAI etc.).
Established client following or demonstrated ability to develop client relationships.
Excellent communication negotiation and organizational skills.
Strong commitment to professional growth and leadership within the legal field.
