Qualifications

Experience with construction estimating cost analysis and project management.
Proficiency in reading blueprints specifications and construction documents.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and onsite in Magna UT.
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or relevant field is preferred.
Experience in asphalt excavation grading or concrete work is a plus.
