- The end-client is looking for a skilled professional to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts and drive team growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for various departments
- Post jobs collect and review applications and maintain the applicant database
- Conduct pre-screens and interviews and assist with new hire processes
Skills and Experience Required:
- 2 years of experience in sourcing and full-cycle recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple openings and deadlines
