Job Description
  • We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant to support our implementation with a focus on Grants Management.
  • The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements design solutions configure the system and support testing and deployment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with research and grants stakeholders.
  • Configure Oracle Cloud Grants Management Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and related modules.
  • Collaborate with Finance Grants and Research Administration teams to align business needs with system functionality.
  • Support integrations with upstream and downstream systems (e.g. AR Billing GL).
  • Develop and maintain functional documentation test scripts and training materials.
  • Assist in cutover go-live and post-production support.
Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP/PPM implementation with strong knowledge of Grants Management.
  • Familiarity with research administration sponsored projects or higher education/healthcare grants processes.
  • Strong functional expertise in Project Contracts Project Billing and Grants Accounting.
  • Proven experience with at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
