Job Summary
Job Role: Senior Software Asset Management Consultant (SAM)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day operations of Software Asset Management using ServiceNow SAM Pro/ Flexera/Snow License Manager.
- Monitor and manage software discovery normalization and reconciliation processes.
- Maintain and update software license data entitlements and contracts in ServiceNow.
- Analyze software usage data to identify optimization opportunities and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with procurement IT and business units to manage software lifecycle.
- Generate and distribute reports on software inventory usage and compliance.
- Support audits by providing accurate and timely software asset data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software asset data and ServiceNow SAM Pro functionality.
- Assist in the configuration and enhancement of SAM Pro modules and workflows.
- Stay updated on software licensing trends and ServiceNow SAM Pro capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro/ Flexera/ Snow License Manager and IT Asset Management (ITAM).
- Strong understanding of software licensing models (e.g. SaaS subscription perpetual).
- Familiarity with software publishers like Microsoft Adobe Oracle IBM etc.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist SAM is preferred
