What Youll Do
- Accurately document meeting discussions decisions and action items during client and internal meetings workshops and project sessions.
- Synthesize complex conversations into clear actionable notes and distribute them promptly to stakeholders.
- Maintain and organize official records ensuring all documentation aligns with Guidehouse standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers subject matter experts and client teams to clarify information and anticipate documentation needs.
- Support the preparation of agendas meeting materials and follow-up communications.
- Uphold confidentiality and compliance with all relevant privacy legal and client-specific requirements.
- Leverage digital tools (e.g. Microsoft Office Teams SharePoint) to manage and share documentation efficiently.
- Participate in training and quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of documentation and client service.
What You Will Need
- Bachelors degree in Business Communications Public Administration or a related field.
- Minimum ONE (1) year of experience in consulting project coordination business analysis or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced client-facing environments.
- Proficiency with digital documentation and collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting digital transformation modernization or organizational change initiatives.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Exposure to regulated industries (e.g. healthcare finance government).
