Job Summary

Dev Lead: AEM Forms with 10years exp

Must have adobe forms and

Required Technical Skills

Proficiency in programming languages (e.g. Java javascript Python TypeScript React CSS LESS HTL HTML).

Experience with developing forms with 3-Tier & event driven architecture for Adobe Forms or forms in general for data collection application solution.

Experience with event driven technologies such as Kafka AWS SNS/SQS

Experience with micro-service design and development and SaaS architecture.

Experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS).

Experience with AWS CKP Lambda

Experience with DevOps tools (Git CI/CD pipelines Docker Kubernetes).

Preferred: Experience with Agile Software Development Method.

Education & Experience

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field.

Minimum 6 years of experience with prior experience in roles such as Senior Developer Systems Engineer or Technical Lead.

Prior experience in Adobe SaaS products such as - Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Adobe Forms or Forms in general Cloud Manager.

Adobe Certified Expert Adobe Experience Manager Forms Developer

Adobe Certified Expert Adobe Experience Manager Sites Developer

AWS Certified Developer Associate

AWS DevOps Engineer- Professional

Team 1: CMS Adobe Form (Priority 1)

Mission Statement: Data acquisition

Expected Start Date: 10/20/205 Expected End Date: 12/31/2026

Success Measure: Adobe Forms setup scaling Adobe forms in public & secure sites

ROI 1- Setup Adobe Form and configure component aligning with custom forms by end of 2025.

ROI 2- Expanding library to leverage components that Adobe Forms offer by mid 2026.

ROI 3- Setup One Iowa Total Care (ITC) Form using Adobe Forms and event driven architecture by End of 2025. Configure Adobe Analytics to measure the success.

ROI 4- Configure Adobe Form to be used in Hub framework by TBD . Configure Adobe Analytics to measure the success.

ROI 5- Convert 50% of Custom Forms (public sites) to Adobe Forms by end of next year. Configure Adobe Analytics to measure the success.

Focus Area: Forms Adobe Forms (-Form Processor React- From Exporter Forms Frontend Custom Forms) Kafka Streams (Producer/Consumers- event driven solution) & integration with Adobe E-Sign.
