Job Summary

TPM Position:

The Ideal candidate will be very strong in Project management and expertise in Databricks (Building scalable data pipelines) and deploy it using CI/CD. The candidate will have good understanding in SAP HANA and dashboards using Tableau/PowerBI.

In both cases Semiconductor Manufacturing experience and certified candidates are preferred but not mandatory.

What youll be doing:

Organize and drive requirements scheduling and standup/retrospective discussions
Engage with Ops Data teams and SAP HANA team to drive dashboard development
Handle requirements gathering and Technical Program Management in shared manner
identify project scope define success criteria manage initiative risks
set expectations with team members regularly provide project updates and communicate key decisions on project scope

What we need to see:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
10 years of relevant experience
Expertise in Databricks
Hands on knowledge of building PowerBI OR Tableau dashboards
Ability to work effectively with a team of engineers and other teammates in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment
Strong organizational planning risk management and communication skills
Familiarity with JIRA Confluence
