Job Summary

Team Red Dog is partnering with a Fortune 100 technology leader to hire a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support delivery of high-impact user-facing web experiences for one of the worlds most recognizable and widely used AAA gaming franchises. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to manage enterprise-scale web initiatives front-end experience delivery experimentation and platform enhancements while working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced studio-driven environment.

Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

  1. Technical Program Management for Enterprise Web Delivery
    Minimum 5 years of experience managing technical programs for large-scale user-centered web applications including planning execution dependency management and delivery across engineering design and business teams.
  2. Web Experimentation and A/B Testing
    At least 5 years of experience running experimentation or A/B testing programs on web or similar application platforms using data to inform decisions optimize user experiences and guide prioritization.
  3. Data Analytics and Insights
    Minimum 5 years of experience working with data analytics platforms to analyze performance metrics track KPIs and measure the impact of web initiatives and feature releases.

Opportunity Overview:
This role offers the chance to work directly on the primary website for the biggest video game in the world contributing to front-end experiences platform-level improvements and compliance initiatives that impact millions of users globally. As a Technical Program Manager you will operate at the intersection of engineering design and business helping drive clarity execution and delivery across a highly visible digital surface while influencing how a global studio connects with its community.

How you will make an impact:

Drive execution of web projects from planning through delivery ensuring milestones are met on time and at expected quality levels
Build maintain and update detailed project schedules while managing dependencies risks and scope changes
Coordinate across engineering design business and compliance stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure readiness
Partner closely with leadership to align on priorities and keep offshore and onshore teams informed and aligned
Identify risks early and propose mitigation strategies to prevent delivery blockers
Implement and evolve lightweight processes that improve predictability quality and efficiency across the web development lifecycle
Support and refine workflows related to AEM publishing release planning QA cycles and compliance requirements
Provide clear communication regular status updates and visibility into progress risks and decision points

The expertise you bring:

7 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager Producer or similar role delivering technical or web-based projects
Strong experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities in fast-paced environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
Hands-on experience with web development workflows and SDLC methodologies including Waterfall Scrum and Agile frameworks
Proven ability to create and maintain clear production schedules spanning multiple disciplines
Experience driving adoption of engineering best practices and cross-team alignment
Strong conflict resolution skills and a collaborative solutions-oriented mindset
Results-driven approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Ability to balance scope staffing and budget constraints while maintaining high-quality delivery

Confidence partnering with stakeholders at multiple levels including leadership
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and modern web publishing workflows
A proactive detail-oriented approach to risk management and delivery planning
