KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In alignment with the companys strategy and values the objective of this role is to act as a
strategic business partner by delivering impactful training interventions. This includes
equipping employees-particularly field representatives-with the skills product knowledge
and behavioral competencies necessary to achieve business objectives and performance targets

Key Responsibilities
Training and Development:
Deliver pre-ITC onboarding (e.g. DSL assignments LMS) and track eLearning
progress.
Provide on-the-job training and post-ITC follow-up in collaboration with RMs/ZMs
with key focus on Oncology scientific acumen and consultative selling.
Develop therapy-specific e-learning modules using Articulate 360-especially for
complex areas such as Oncology products clinical studies and treatment landscapes.
Conduct periodic localized product and skill-based trainings and mock role plays.
Facilitate regular field coaching and skill development using structured coaching tools.
Align training focus based on feedback from sales leaders probation status PAP plans
and KPIs.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with Sales and Medical Affairs to align training on Oncology product
positioning objection handling and treatment protocols.
Collaborate with HO trainers to co-facilitate advanced learning projects including
Oncology-focused ITC/CTC modules.
Coordinate with RM/SM/BCM/HR to align KPIs and training needs of representatives
managing Oncology portfolios.

Performance Monitoring:
Track progress through quizzes monthly MCQs and coaching logs including
therapy-specific benchmarks such as Oncology knowledge assessments and
simulation-based evaluations.
Adapt training plans based on Training Needs Analysis and field insights especially in
complex areas like Oncology where continuous upskilling is critical.
Other Responsibilities:
Allocate 10 days/month for fieldwork and 10 days for classroom/training activities.
Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of work.
Undertake additional responsibilities as required by management.
Profile Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate in life sciences/pharmacy preferred. MBA in HR will be an added advantage
Excellent communication facilitation and teaching skills.
Strong communication and facilitation skills with an ability to engage across therapy
areas.
In-depth understanding of products especially in Oncology and specialty care.
Key Attributes
Proven sales and/or training experience in high-science domains like Oncology.
Creative adaptable and impactful training style with a learner-first mindset.
Strong collaboration skills and an ability to work cross-functionally.
Analytical thinker with a passion for upskilling others and driving performance.
