Role: Front office Executive
Responsible for managing the front desk greeting visitors and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive first impression of the company
Key responsibilities
- Visitor and client management: Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner creating a welcoming environment. Manage visitor logs and provide badges.
- Communication: Answer and direct phone calls take messages and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails letters packages).
- Administrative support: Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry filing document preparation and making copies.
- Scheduling: Schedule and organize meetings appointments and other events.
