Role Overview

The Accounts Executive will oversee day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
This role demands efficiency in processing invoices tracking expenses reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports.
The position also requires coordination between clients vendors and management to ensure financial accuracy and support company growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable.

  • Maintain accurate records of invoices receipts project-related expenses and payments.

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements reports and budget forecasts.

  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.

  • Ensure timely completion of tax and statutory filings (GST TDS Income Tax etc.).

  • Generate and send invoices to clients track receivables and process vendor payments.

  • Use accounting software (e.g. Tally QuickBooks) for bookkeeping and reporting.

  • Audit financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate with internal teams clients and vendors regarding financial documentation and queries.

  • Support budget preparation forecasting and periodic financial audits.

  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.

Expertise and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or Diploma in Accounting Finance Commerce or a related field.

  • 1 2 years of experience in an accounting role preferably in interiors or construction.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally QuickBooks etc.) and MS Excel.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and statutory compliance.

  • Ability to work independently under deadlines and handle confidential information with integrity.

  • Expert knowledge of general ledgers reconciliation budgeting and taxation.

  • Strong time management and teamwork abilities.
