A newly created permanent opportunity exists for a Property Project Officer to join the Finance Property and Performance team.
In this dynamic and fast-paced role you will be part of the Property Strategy and Delivery team supporting the delivery of strategic property initiatives across a diverse portfolio of CN managed and owned assets. You will work closely with a range of stakeholders gaining exposure to real property dealings and helping to navigate legislative requirements with precision and care.
Your day-to-day will involve preparing reports and presentations for Council and CNs Asset Advisory Committee ensuring that insights and recommendations are clearly communicated and strategically aligned. This is a role where your attention to detail collaborative mindset and passion for property will make a real impact!

Remuneration: $95192.44 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment 12% Superannuation per annum for a 35-hour week.
