The Role: Business Development Executive (Internal)
This newly created position focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities while supporting the sales and growth strategy. The role combines market research relationship management and commercial outreach engaging with developers landlords and service station owners to expand the companys network and footprint.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the service station and property development sectors

Build and maintain strong relationships with developers landlords and existing partners
-
Conduct research on upcoming developments and maintain an accurate opportunity and contracts database
-
Support the sales team by qualifying leads scheduling meetings and preparing materials for follow-ups
-
Engage in professional communication through calls emails and written correspondence to nurture partnerships
-
Contribute insights and data to strategic planning and business development initiatives
About You
-
3 to 5 years of experience in business development sales or client relationship management
-
Diploma or degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive results-driven mindset

Highly organized with attention to detail and comfortable managing data or CRM systems

Confident working independently while collaborating effectively within a sales team

Experience or exposure to the petroleum property or retail sectors will be advantageous
