We are seeking for a detail oriented and proactive Junior Financial Manager to join our finance team within the property management sector. This role supports financial operations across a diverse property portfolio including lease oversight utility recovery payroll review investor collaboration and financial reporting.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Bookkeeper and Financial Manager to ensure accurate compliant and timely financial management across all entities.

Financial Reporting
Lease & Property Oversight
Compliance & Risk Management
Payroll & HR Collaboration

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelors degree in finance Accounting or a related field
SAICA/SAIPA articles.
13 years of relevant experience
Experience in the property management industry is preferred.
Proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero is advantageous.
Strong understanding of South African tax regulations and IFRS.
Advanced Excel skills and experience in financial modelling.
