City of Newcastle (CN) is seeking 2 highly organised professionals to deliver exceptional administrative and corporate systems support across the Planning & Environment Directorate.

As the Business Operations Officer you will manage diverse tasks including stakeholder engagement meeting coordination and preparation of high-quality reports and correspondence. Youll provide expert support in corporate IT applications such as TechOne ECM and One Map while ensuring compliance with City of Newcastle policies and procedures.

Remuneration: $78613.20 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment 12% Superannuation per annum for a 35-hour week
