Service Agreements Specialist (Trucks)

Position Overview:
A leading global commercial vehicle manufacturing organisation has a new opportunity available for a Service Agreements Specialist.
Duties & Responsibilities
One will support and build the concerns Service Agreement department in a most effective manner by ensuring optimal contract penetration and to follow the organisations policies and procedures to ensure the proper loading of information onto various internal systems.
Reporting into the General Manager: Service Agreements the incumbent will continuously analyse the overall performance of active service contracts to identify trends risks and improvement opportunities.
Additionally the Service Agreements Specialist will prepare and present monthly portfolio status reports to Management Business Control and Support teams offering clear insights and recommendations.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Experience Qualifications and Skills Required:
- A completed Mechanical Diploma and / or Technical Diploma or equivalent (N5 or N6) essential.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in the Commercial Vehicles/Truck industry preferably as a Technician/Service Advisor or a position within Truck Aftermarket.
- Technical knowledge / analyst and forecasting abilities.
- Computer Literacy Skills (MS Office suite Excel intermediate).
- Basic Financial skills.
