The are looking for an experienced Software Engineer Team Lead (C#) to guide and grow one of their high-performing engineering teams. Youll lead by example combining technical excellence with people leadership to deliver world-class payment solutions at scale.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role: youll code architect and mentor while ensuring the team delivers high-quality reliable software on time and on target.

Duties & Responsibilities

What you need to have to land and interview:

Experience

58 years professional software engineering experience including 3 years in a senior or team lead role.
Proven experience delivering large-scale systems in production.
Strong background in the fintech/payments domain (essential).
Experience mentoring and growing engineering talent.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent work experience.

Technical Skills

Languages: C# SQL JavaScript/TypeScript.
Web: HTML CSS.
APIs: Designing and maintaining scalable secure RESTful APIs.
Databases: MSSQL MySQL Postgres Redis.
Cloud: Advanced AWS expertise (Lambda ECS EC2 S3 RDS SQS ELB).
Tools: Git Docker Postman RabbitMQ.
Architecture: Microservices serverless design CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
Bonus: Exposure to Golang or .
