Job: Trading Operations Manager
Location: Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam

The Opportunity
Our esteemed client one of Vietnams reputable securities firms is seeking a Trading Operations Manager to oversee securities trading activities ensure regulatory compliance and optimize operational efficiency across all trading functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all department operations to ensure alignment with company strategies.
- Supervise securities trading activities rights execution VSD transactions and margin/advance payment services.
- Control and allocate trading system access ensuring accuracy and compliance in daily operations.
- Develop and improve trading processes systems (including KRX) and customer service quality.
- Prepare periodic reports for management and regulatory authorities. Propose initiatives to enhance trading efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics or Accounting. Licensed by the State Securities Commission (UBCKNN).
- 2 years in a similar role or 5 years in securities banking or depository operations.
- Strong knowledge of finance investment and securities regulations.
- Proficient in Excel and good English skills.
- Responsible detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
