IEP Case Manager Special EducationSHNH Crotched Mountain School - Greenfield NH Full-Time Exempt Year-RoundAnnual Salary: $55000 - $60000Crotched Mountain School is seeking a dedicated IEP Special Education Case Manager to join our team and make a lasting impact on students this role youll collaborate closely with the Principal to ensure high-quality compliant special education Crotched Mountain School:Nestled in the beautiful Monadnock region of New Hampshire CMS offers a therapeutic and adventure-based learning environment for neurodiverse learners.
