Job Summary

Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Plano TX San Francisco CA (Onsite)

Job Type: Contract

Job Responsibilities:

Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
Owns maintains and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
Builds the framework and tracks the products key success metrics such as cost feature and functionality risk posture and reliability
Act as Product Manager for Entitlements and Partnering with Onboarding for Digital Banking Application
Creating flow diagrams to outline client journeys
Write Epics based on the client journey
Work with design to create compelling experiences for the client journeys
Work with architecture to enable client journeys
Break down Epics into detailed user stories
Work with development team to size user stories and get them ready for sprints
Track critical path and other dependencies for epics and stories
Work with key partners (like onboarding) to maintain alignment for delivery

Required qualifications and skills:

Must have a Bachelors degree or higher
5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or Product Ownership role
5 years of experience in US/UK/EMEA banking/financial services
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle design and data analytics
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery ideation strategic development requirements definition and value management
Applied experience in Agile development methodology
Focus on Experience in Developing Experiences for Digital Products

Preferred qualifications and skills:

Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed complex organization
Product Management experience in a large financial services organization
