Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Plano TX San Francisco CA (Onsite)
Job Type: Contract
Job Responsibilities:
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns maintains and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the products key success metrics such as cost feature and functionality risk posture and reliability
- Act as Product Manager for Entitlements and Partnering with Onboarding for Digital Banking Application
- Creating flow diagrams to outline client journeys
- Write Epics based on the client journey
- Work with design to create compelling experiences for the client journeys
- Work with architecture to enable client journeys
- Break down Epics into detailed user stories
- Work with development team to size user stories and get them ready for sprints
- Track critical path and other dependencies for epics and stories
- Work with key partners (like onboarding) to maintain alignment for delivery
Required qualifications and skills:
- Must have a Bachelors degree or higher
- 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or Product Ownership role
- 5 years of experience in US/UK/EMEA banking/financial services
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle design and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery ideation strategic development requirements definition and value management
- Applied experience in Agile development methodology
- Focus on Experience in Developing Experiences for Digital Products
Preferred qualifications and skills:
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed complex organization
- Product Management experience in a large financial services organization
