Hiring for QMS / MR Manager

Experience:Min 6 Years inExperience in operating the qualitymanagementsystem & IntegratedManagementSystem (EMS & OHSAS) TPM KaizenWriting procedures and processes to support the QMS development internal auditing and QMS documentation.

Salary budget:up to 7.00 LPA

KeyResponsibilities:

Preparation and maintenance of the company for IMS & ISO new version & Certification.

Check the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System and the implementation of the policies and procedures in the IMS to attain company objectives.

Check the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System and the implementation of existing policies and procedures necessary for the attainment of company objectives.

PlanandexecuteTPMtrainingprograms.

Toorganizethe Bestkaizen&suggestionAwardona monthlybasis

ToconductTechnicalcentertraining

Tocoordinateinternal&externalkaizencompetitions

ToSustainTPMculturethroughsystematicemployeeinvolvement

Toimplementthe suggestionkaizenpolicyeffectively&keepa recordofthe numberof kaizens/employee/Month.

Tofacilitatethe formationofasmallSGIAinconsultationwiththe departmenthead.

ToorganizeSGIApresentations.

TokeepupdatedTPMGallery&Kaizengalleryonmonthlybasis.

Topromoteandsustain1S2S&TPMcirclesthroughouttheorganization.

TocarryoutQMpillaractivitiestoeliminatedefects.
