This role is perfect for someone who loves conversations people-building research content engagement and creating meaningful connections online and offline.
Key Responsibilities
Community Growth & Engagement
- Build and manage StrongYes Media communities across LinkedIn Groups WhatsApp/Telegram cohorts email lists and campus networks
- Create engagement calendars: polls prompts discussions challenges and AMA sessions
- Establish ambassador networks and micro-communities (students HR leaders founders researchers)
- Increase organic & referral traffic through keyword-aligned content distribution
- Drive social-to-website conversions via LinkedIn posts newsletters groups and campus funnels
- Be a true marketer and come up with the most exciting and new-age ideas
Content Conversations
- Collaborate with editorial to turn stories into discussion-worthy micro-content
- Ideate community-triggered content (Signals Q&As interviews cohorts events)
- Identify viral conversational hooks from trending HR & workplace themes
Influencers Partners & Events
- Partner with HR leaders CHRO councils university cells and industry bodies
- Assist in hosting virtual meetups workshops and live conversations
- Convert audience insights into editorial and product feedback loops
Insights & Reporting
- Track community sentiment engagement metrics retention and growth
- Build feedback mechanisms to inform editorial talent services and events
Who You Are
- Experience in community social media marketing talent engagement or campus programs (Website Traffic Growth or Community building is a must)
- Strong communication storytelling and networking skills
- Comfortable speaking with CHROs HR teams students and creators
- Curious self-driven and proactive willing to learn fast in a startup-style environment
- Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn communities HRTech newsletters or events
