RWE is building Denmarks largest offshore wind farm. Thor offshore wind farm will be built 22 kilometres off the coast of Thorsminde on the west coast of Jutland with a capacity of more than 1 GW. 72 units of Siemens Gamesas flagship SG 14-236 DD offshore wind turbines are planned to be installed. Once fully operational in 2027 Thor will produce green electricity to more than 1 million Danish households.

About the role

You will be the team administrator and your main responsibility is to support a smooth and safe operation of Thor wind farm. Your administrative tasks will incl. a high level of planning and coordinating assignments including local stakeholder management.

You will be a part of the operations team with close collaboration with especially the warehouse coordinator and the wider operations team. Your working location will be in Thorsminde.

• Supporting the Zero Incident Policy and compliance with the specifications regarding occupational health safety and environmental protection.
• Supporting operations team with day-to-day business e.g. coordination of trainings
• Scheduled and undscheduled maintenance for the O&M building and accommodation.
• Procurement of office furnishings and equipment as well as coordination of IT topic.
• Planning and coordinating special projects around team management processes e.g. booking accommodation.
• Permanent optimisation of all administrative processes.
• Identifying conceptualising and implementing synergies between existing offshore wind farms within the fleet.
• Handling of PRs and invoices.
• Build up a network of local stakeholders. E.g. Cleaning company municipality and craftsmen.

Job requirements and experience

• 5 years of relevant work experience in a team administration position. Preferable from an offshore wind farm.
• Excellent planning organisational and communication skills.
• Solid teamworking networking and interface management skills.
• Strong awareness for occupational safety.
• Proactive organized and independent way of working.
• Good IT skills (e.g. MS Office etc.).
• Strong SAP skills.
• Good English language skills.
