E-logic requires a Subject-Matter Expert (SME) in Software Development to provide strategic technical leadership for the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) Interior Business Center (IBC) long-term application strategy. This role involves defining the future state of the technical architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and management leadership on major software development and integration tasks.
- Establish architectural standards development goals and plans that meet long-term program objectives.
- Possess deep domain and expert technical knowledge of enterprise-level HR/Payroll systems and federal software mandates.
- Direct and control technical activities interfacing with senior client management.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in a technical field (preferred) or equivalent combination of formal education training and certifications.
- Minimum of 15 years of specialized experience in software architecture and development for complex enterprise systems.
