With 10 employees and strong demand were positioned for significant growth. To take the next step were seeking the right leader to help manage daily operations and build the future of the company.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 10 field employees
- Oversee scheduling job assignments and customer satisfaction
- Improve operational systems and office processes
- Support business growth by ensuring crews and job run efficiently
- Serve as a trusted right-hand to the owner with long-term leadership potential
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience managing teams logistics or operations (military background highly valued)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced hands-on small business environment
- A problem-solver who can balance field operations with office management
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in future company ownership
