Main Responsibilities
AsProductowner you own thevision behind the productsfor Japancontracting andofferdevelopment.Delivering the product that addressescustomer needs and contributes to the goals of the organization.
Core responsibilities:
Close collaborationwith business stakeholders tounderstandthe current pain pointsand gapin contracting and offer development processes andpartnerwith IT toselectthe right technologyproductfor resolution
Gathercustomerrequirements to map the productvision and scope
Translate the product vision into product backlog
Prioritize and manage the product backlog to deliver the right value at the right time
Lead the Japan P&C Agile Pod to ensure the Agile pod focuses on what truly drives business impact balancing stakeholder needs strategic goals and user insights.
Manage theend-to-endproduct life cycle. (transformation grow run)
MustHaves
Job Experience
Minimum6years ofexperience with leading end to end program/project execution
Experiencein multinational/international companies
Experience withtechnicalproduct launches
Skill / Knowledge
Fluent with Japanese and English
Strong problem-solving skills
Competency
Effective communicator with both business and technical stakeholders
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional and technical teams
Self-driven proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Education
Bachelors degreeor above
Nice to Haves
Job Experience
Experience in the medical device healthcare or life sciences industry
Skill / Knowledge
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Understand the basics of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Knowledge of Salesforce functionalities
Competency
Having any certificates within Agile and project management is a plus (PMPcertified product ownercertified scrum masterlean six sigmagreen beltetc.)
Working Style
This role requires commuting to the office approximately two to three a week.
