Manager Regulatory Compliance Advisory & Assurance - Asia
This role supports the regional compliance function across Asia Pacific. The Manager will help ensure effective compliance governance and monitoring across entities in the region. The position provides advice oversight and support on compliance matters and acts as a key point of contact between regional teams local offices and Group Compliance.

This role supports the regional compliance function across Asia Pacific. The Manager will help ensure effective compliance governance and monitoring across entities in the region. The position provides advice oversight and support on compliance matters and acts as a key point of contact between regional teams local offices and Group Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead regional compliance assurance activities including reviews and spot checks.
- Work closely with legal risk audit and other control functions across the region.
- Support compliance due diligence for strategic projects.
- Test and assess the adequacy and effectiveness of compliance controls.
- Monitor non-financial risks across entities.
- Share best practices guidance and lessons learned across the region.
- Provide practical compliance advice to ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
- Track emerging legal and regulatory developments in the region.
- Identify assess and monitor compliance risks across the business.
Requirements
- Strong experience in compliance audit risk or regulatory roles within financial services.
- Experience leading reviews or assurance activities.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks.
- Fluent verbal and written English.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work with stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
- Ability to analyse issues propose solutions and support implementation.
