We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager Instructional Designer
Responsibilities
Create training courses for various audiences while applying the appropriate adult learning approach.
Liaise with cross-functional learning teams within the organization.
Consult with SMEs and client on requirements needs analysis and solutioning for every training request.
Manage the life cycle of training inventory from creation to inactivation using the required workflow.
Create training/project plans monitor project progress set deadlines and evaluate performance.
Manage customer communication and SME interactions.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Perform quality checks and course testing.
Develop blended course materials including animated PPT modules WBTs ILT vILT videos SOPs facilitator guides participant workbooks interactive practice activities job aids and quick reference guides using development tools.
Adapt to the learners needs and use best practices to produce quality training for specified target audience.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualification
Graduate with good years of experience working on projects alone and/or with a team.
Knowledge of Instructional design and Strategies
Exceptional comprehension writing and research skills
Knowledge of rapid authoring tools like Articulate (Storyline and Rise)
Analytical Ability-- Ability to conceptualize training needs/content and design.
Communication skills ability to interact with clients team members of the project team.
Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
People management / coordination skills
