What youll be doing

As a Sr. Consultant Fraud Management Strategy you willsupport the creation of fraud risk management strategies across all channels and various product groups in Retail work will help us quantify fraud risk exposures and evaluates loss prevention / mitigation strategies. You will support new initiatives through multiple project stages including risk identification risk assessment proposal evaluation initiative funding submission seed funding and business will also own the tactical and strategic vision of fraud loss mitigation and work closely with stakeholders to execute that vision. You will provide support and mentoring to junior colleagues.

How youll succeed

  • Strategy - Develop fraud management strategies proactively to minimize fraud risk while supporting enterprise growth objectives and client journeys. Investigate the use of new technologies and/or process to mitigate existing/emerging fraud vulnerabilities.

  • Business Case Development - Track fraud strategy initiatives from idea formation to initiative funding for new earmarked seed funding and business cases including investment costs servicing costs and expected benefits. Support the business case creation for new initiatives including documenting the assumptions risk levels & loss conditions modeling the financial impacts and primary functional controls in place.

  • Relationship Management - Consult with internal partner groups to identify emerging issues and potential fraud exposures. Liase with and attend fraud risk forums to identify emerging trends new technologies and industry best practices. Maintain contact with external organizations and vendors / suppliers; external organization such as payment associations for purposes of shared reporting and benchmarking external vendors for purposes of evaluating new fraud prevention technologies.
