About the role
As the Policy Investigations Lead youll oversee policy fraud investigations ensuring quality compliance and strategic outcomes. Youll lead a high-performing team drive continuous improvement and collaborate across the business to mitigate risk and protect customer trust.
What youll do
- Lead policy fraud investigations ensuring thorough timely and compliant outcomes.
- Implement quality assurance processes and uphold investigative standards.
- Provide strategic direction and coaching to a collaborative investigations team.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders including regulators and law enforcement.
- Prepare insights and reporting to inform business decisions and industry trends.
- Champion data governance and protect sensitive information throughout investigations.
What youll bring
- 5 years leadership experience in Insurance / Financial Services.
- Experience leading investigations or intelligence teams in insurance or financial services.
- Prior experience with Insurance Underwriting Product Design or distribution.
- Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills in high-pressure scenarios.
- Ability to manage team performance resolve conflict and foster continuous improvement.
- Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders and influence outcomes.
