Team Lead Injury Management (Triage Services)

We are seeking a Team Lead to manage a team of consultants and oversee the development and implementation of Cogent operational process to ensure excellence in service delivery and customer service. The team provides a range of coordination and support services to Cogents clients and customers (and similar services). 

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead supervise and coach team so that they undertake work in accordance with divisional priorities policies and processes
• Conduct regular progress reviews annual performance. appraisals and support individuals in meeting professional development requirements
• Manage and monitor team resourcing and portfolios.
• To assist in the on-boarding of new customers (as required)
• To work with relevant Cogent staff members to ensure management of all accounts as per Cogents Account Management framework

Qualifications :

Cogent is looking for a dynamic person with:

• Experienced Allied Health (Physio Osteo Chiro OT EP etc) practitioner with full registration or a Registered Nurse.
• Hold a current and valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Evidence of completion of First Aid (level 2) or in circumstances where staff have obtained Basic Life Support training within a hospital setting
• Knowledge of WorkCover legislation across several states.
• Understanding of Return to Work and case management principles.
• Knowledge of Cogent products and services. (desirable)
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Time management skills.
