Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and emails to assist customers with orders account questions and general inquiries.
- Provide accurate information and timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process orders returns and account updates with precision and attention to detail.
- Handle confidential and financial information in accordance with company security policies.
- Document all interactions clearly and follow up to ensure complete issue resolution.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a high-volume environment.
Requirements
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Strong communication problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable navigating computer systems and maintaining accurate data entry.
- Proven reliability with consistent attendance and work ethic.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
