Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager System Analyst-BA Agentic AI
In this role youll be part of Genpacts transformation under GenpactNext as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutionsdomain-specific autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. Youll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.
Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document product requirements. Ensure that all requirements are clearly defined prioritized and aligned with business objectives.
System Analysis and Design: Lead the analysis and design of systems to meet product requirements. Work closely with technical teams to develop scalable and efficient solutions.
Business Process Modeling: Develop and maintain business process models to support product development. Use these models to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

Leadership and Strategic Thinking:
Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to product development teams. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for AI product development. Align product strategies with company goals and market trends.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate effectively to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience in prioritizing and aligning these requirements with business objectives to ensure successful project outcomes.
System Analysis and Design: Extensive experience in leading the analysis and design of systems that meet complex product requirements.
Business Process Modeling: Ability to use these models to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive innovation within the organization.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Worked in large product companies
Use Case Development: Proven ability to create detailed use cases that effectively capture functional requirements and user interactions. Skilled in collaborating with stakeholders to ensure use cases align with business objectives and provide clear guidance for product development teams.
